1. Charles E. Price Memorial Park
Located in Middletown, Charles E. Price Memorial Dog Park is a large, open grassy area where dogs are free to play off-leash. The park has a fenced-in area for dogs, walking paths, benches, trash cans, and doggy waste bags.
Dogs must remain on leashes when outside of the fenced-in area. No food is allowed inside the dog park. Dog owners must always clean up after their dogs.
Charles E. Price Memorial Park is open daily from dawn to dusk. However, Wednesdays the park is closed until 11 AM for maintenance.

2. Carousel Farms Dog Park
On the outer edges of Wilmington, Carousel Farms Dog Park remains open for dog owners and their furry friends. The park is a community park where people can hike, fish, bike, and ride horses. Also here, is a large grassy area perfect for dogs. However, there is no fenced. Dogs are free to roam off-leash and even swim in the pond.
Carousel Farms Dog Park requires dog owners to be mindful about their dogs’ behavior and activity, as there is no fence. Dog owners are held responsible for their dogs.

3. Milford Dog Park
As the go-to dog park in Milford, the aptly named Milford Dog Park is a large, fenced-in area for dogs to play. There are two separate areas for large and small dogs. Inside each, there is water, doggy waste bags, benches, and plenty of room to run off-leash.
The Milford Dog Park requires dogs to wear their license and rabies tags. Dog owners must be in control of their dogs and always have a leash with them. Only people who have brought a dog can enter the fenced-in area.

In Carousel Park, in Newark, dog owners can find the lovely New Castle County Bark Park. There’s a fenced-in area where dogs can roam leash-free, and an open field, and a small pond that dogs can swim in. Outside of the dog park, there is also an equestrian center, walking paths, a playground, and more.
Dog owners must be able to keep control over their dogs at all times. If a dog shows aggressive behavior, they must leave. Dog owners must also clean up after their dogs.

As Dover’s top dog park, Little Creek Dog Park provides fenced-in areas where dogs are free to roam off-leash. There are two areas, one for small dogs and one for large dogs. Outside the fenced-in area, there’s a basketball court, playground, swings, benches, and trash receptacles.
Dogs must be over 6 months old to enter. They must also remain on leashes until they’re inside the fenced-in area. No food, toys, or treats are allowed inside the fenced-in area.

Talley Day Park requires dogs to be licensed and up to date with the rabies vaccine. Dog owners must ensure their dogs exhibit good behavior at all times. If a dog is aggressive, it must leave the park immediately.
