Minnehaha Off-Leash Dog Park provides a pay parking lot for dog owners. Dogs must come into the park on leashes and leave on leashes. Dog owners must bring their own doggy clean up supplies.

Located in northeast Duluth, Jean Duluth Dog Park was constructed in 2016 by a team of volunteers. The dog park spans roughly 3.5 acres and contains two separate fenced-in areas. The dog park also features a double-gated entry for safety.
Jean Duluth Dog Park has sufficient parking for guests, but it does not provide water for dogs or owners. Dog owners must keep their pets on a leash while entering and exiting the premises. They must also clean up after their dogs whenever necessary.

Situated on the Mississippi River, in St. Paul, High Bridge Dog Park is an off-leash park spreading over 7 acres. The dog park has two fenced-in areas for small and big dogs. Each side has ample room for dogs to run around and play. The two sides are connected via a gate.
Dogs are required to be licensed and vaccinated to enter. Dog owners must bring their own water and clean up supplies. They must always also keep watch over their dogs.

The dog park itself covers over 5 acres of grassy area and forest. Dog owners must bring their own pet waste bags and water to the park. No food is allowed to be brought into the dog park.

Jean & Carl Frank Canine Park is an expansive dog park in Rochester characterized by ample space, a forest, and a creek. The park also provides play features such as balance beams and tunnels. Dogs can play in the grass, go to the creek, or run through the trails in the forest.
Dog owners must bring their dogs into the park on a leash. Dog owners are held liable for any damage their dogs cause, and they’re responsible for prohibiting their dog from acting aggressively towards other dogs.

Outside of the dog park, dog owners can find further trails, play equipment, volleyball courts, soccer fields, and other amenities. Coming into the park and exiting the park, dogs must be on leashes.

Gary New Duluth Dog Park is an off-leash, fenced-in dog park located on the southern edge of Duluth. The dog park is situated in Gary Duluth Park which has a skate park, community center, soccer fields, and a pavilion. There are two fenced-in areas, lights for the night, and water available.
Dog owners have toilets available at the REC center when it’s open. Dogs must have a Duluth City license tag and be over 4 months old. Dog owners must keep watch over their dogs and keep them on leashes outside of the fenced-in areas.
