1. Frick Park Dog Park
Located in Pittsburg, Frick Park Dog Park is a large, fenced-in grassy area for dogs to play. Dogs are free to roam around off-leash inside the fenced-in area. Inside the area, there is plenty of trees for shade and benches to rest. Outside the dog park, there are walking trails, tennis courts, a playground, and more.
Frick Park Dog Park does not provide water or clean up supplies, so dog owners must come prepared. Dog owners must also ensure their dogs are not aggressive to other dogs.

2. Schuylkill River Park
The large Schuylkill River Park is a multi-purpose area created for Philadelphia residents and dog owners to enjoy the Schuylkill River. The park features the largest dog park in the city center.
The fenced-in dog area has water and shade, but dog owners must bring their doggy cleanup supplies. Schuylkill River Park requires dogs to be over 4 months, up to date with vaccines, and always exhibiting good behavior.

3. Cedar Creek Parkway West
Located in Allentown, Cedar Creek Parkway West is a 156-acre park. The park features soccer fields, tennis courts, baseball fields, and more. There is also a large fenced-in area for dogs. Inside the dog park, there is shade and benches.
Cedar Creek Parkway West has ample parking, restrooms, jogging trails, and nature trails through the wetland areas. Dog owners are required to watch over their dogs and clean up after them. Dogs must also be vaccinated and over 4 months old to enter.

4. Jim Dietrich Park
At the Northern end of Reading, dog owners can find the large Jim Dietrich Park. This is a large, family-centered park full of space for activities. Inside the park, there are three fenced-in areas for dogs to run around.
Jim Dietrich Park also has grills set up throughout the park, walking trails, a basketball court, picnic tables, and restrooms. Dog owners must keep their dogs on leashes until they’re inside the fenced-in areas. Dog owners must ensure their dogs are exhibiting good behavior, and they must pick up after them.
Jim Dietrich Park is open daily from 7 AM to 6 PM.

5. Larry R Fabrizi Dog Park
In McClelland Park, in Erie, dog owners can find Larry R Fabrizi Dog Park. The park offers two fenced-in areas for small dogs and large dogs. Each has ample grassland with trees dispersed. There are also benches located around the fenced-in areas.
Outside Larry R Fabrizi Dog Park, there is a creek and more walking trails for dog owners. However, dog owners must keep a watchful eye over their dogs. Dogs must be well-behaved and over 4 months older to visit.

6. Riverview Dog Park
Riverview Dog Park is an off-leash area for dogs to roam free. There are two fenced-in areas for small and large dogs to play. Outside of the park, there are portable restrooms, walking trails, tennis courts, and more.
Riverview Dog Park does not provide water or doggy bags. Dog owners must bring their own and clean up after their dogs. Dogs must be over 4 months old, licensed, and up to date with vaccines.

7. Seger Dog Park
Seger Dog Park is a membership-based dog park that is run by a nonprofit group. The dog park offers Philadelphia dog owners a haven to take their dogs in the city. The park has ample space for dogs to play with each other.
Seger Dog Park always requires dogs to be under supervision. Dogs must be licensed, vaccinated, and over 4 months old to enter. No food is allowed inside the park.

Situated right on Lake Erie, Scott Park is a popular park for Erie dog owners. The park has 3 trails that cover 3 miles. The park is dog friendly, but there is no fenced-in area for dogs. However, the walking trails are open to dogs.
Scott Park is a wooded and grassy area, perfect for dogs to get plenty of exercise and playtime. Inside the park, dog owners can find basketball courts, restrooms, a playground, volleyball courts, and more. Dog owners are required to keep an eye on their dogs and to clean up after them.

Just north of Allentown, dog owners have the Allen Township Dog Park open to them for recreation. The dog park is an off-leash area with two-fenced in areas for small and large dogs. The whole park covers just under 13 acres and also features walking trails around the fenced-in areas.
Allen Township Dog Park has water fountains for dogs, dog agility equipment, and benches throughout the park. Dog owners must keep their dogs on leashes until they’re inside the fence.

10. Shiloh Hills Park
Shiloh Hills Park is a large green space in Reading that dog owners can take advantage of. The park is open and doesn’t have a fenced-in area. However, the park has ample space for dogs to roam around off-leash as long as owners keep watch on them.
Shiloh Hills Park has walking trails for dogs and their owners to explore. The park also has ample parking for dog owners. At night, lamps line the walking trails. Dog owners must pick up after their dogs.
Shiloh Hills Park is open daily from 7 AM to 7:45 PM.
